Civic Center

The City of Lake Park Civic Center is located at 123 N Essa Street, and is located directly across from City Hall. The Civic Center has a capacity of 60 people, there are 7 rectangle tables and 56 chairs provided, a full kitchen with sink, stove, and refrigerator, men and women’s restrooms, and is handicap accessible. There is a $150 (nonrefundable) rental fee with an additional $100 security deposit. The security deposit can be refunded once key is returned, inspection has been complete and no damages found.
