Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities:
- – Work with maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations
- – Strive to improve and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- – Conduct preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- – Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history
- – Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimize disruptions
- – Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, and coordinate procurement as needed
- – Maintenance and repairs to water system, including installation of meters, meter-reading, and flushing hydrants.
- – Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- – Other duties as assigned
Required:
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Must have a Team Mentality
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ideal Candidate would have 3-5 years experience in the following areas:

- – Backhoe/Heavy Equipment Experience
- – Plumbing Maintenance and Repair
- – Electrical Maintenance and Repair
- – Mechanical Maintenance and Repair
- – Small Engine Repair

POLICE OFFICER: PART-TIME
JOB SUMMARY
This is general police work involving the protection of life and property, enforcement of laws and investigation of crimes. An employee in this class is responsible, on a regular shift basis, for enforcing all statutes, laws, ordinances and regulations for which the police department is responsible; for protecting life and property and for performing police related assignments. Work is performed according to established departmental policies and procedures. Work contains a substantial element of personal risk, and an employee must be able to exercise sound judgment independently in emergency situations. Work requires tactful, conscientious and efficient performance of duties under little direct supervision. Assignment and general instructions are received from supervising officer who reviews work methods and results through reports; personal inspection and discussion.
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 21 years of age.
- POST certified state of Georgia in good standing.
- Have at least 5 years of experience, preferred.
- Valid Georgia driver’s license.
- Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the job.
- Ability to work different shifts which involve different hours This is a part time position.
