MAINTENANCE – JOB SUMMARY

Responsibilities:

  • Work with maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Strive to improve and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
  • Conduct preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimize disruptions
  • Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, and coordinate procurement as needed
  • Maintenance and repairs to water system, including installation of meters, meter-reading, and flushing hydrants.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Required:

  • Background Check
  • Must have valid Drivers License
  • Must have a Team Mentality
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Ideal Candidate would have 3-5 years experience in the following areas:

  • Backhoe/Heavy Equipment Experience
  • Plumbing Maintenance and Repair
  • Electrical Maintenance and Repair
  • Mechanical Maintenance and Repair
  • Small Engine Repair
  • Ability to read plans and technical specifications
  • Organizational Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
