Responsibilities:

– Work with maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective operations

– Strive to improve and implement maintenance procedures and schedules

– Conduct preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime

– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimize disruptions

– Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, and coordinate procurement as needed

– Maintenance and repairs to water system, including installation of meters, meter-reading, and flushing hydrants.

– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

– Other duties as assigned

Required:

  • Must have valid Drivers License
  • Must have a Team Mentality
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ideal Candidate would have 3-5 years experience in the following areas:

Preferred Skills:

– Backhoe/Heavy Equipment Experience

– Plumbing Maintenance and Repair

– Electrical Maintenance and Repair

– Mechanical Maintenance and Repair

– Small Engine Repair

– Ability to read plans and technical specifications

– Organizational Skills

Background Check is required

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
